A 59 m² modular house that combines classic architecture with the cosiness of a country home. Compact, practical and made for a calm family life.
Saulius was born and raised in the countryside, so when settling in the suburbs he wanted to keep a piece of his childhood home – its calm, simplicity and closeness to nature. In this project, classic architecture blends with a warm, familiar atmosphere. The aim was to create not just a house, but a place you always want to come back to.

Create a compact home that recalls the cosiness of a childhood home while keeping the character of classic architecture.
A simple classic form with a gable roof, timber cladding accents and a covered terrace; inside, a spacious open kitchen and living area and two bedrooms. The plan includes a 29.56 m² kitchen-living room and two bedrooms of 9.18 and 7.53 m².
