A 100 m² timber-frame house for a young family who wanted plenty of natural light and a sense of calm.
The plot is in Druskininkai, next to a pine forest. The family wanted a home that let them enjoy nature while staying comfortable to live in all year round. We designed a 100 m² A-class house with two bedrooms, all the essential rooms, a mezzanine and a living room that opens onto the pines the moment you wake up. When you dream of your own home but want it to stay affordable, the key is not to give up on your wishes but to plan every decision wisely.

Create a compact, bright house on a narrow plot, keeping privacy from the street and an easy connection to the terrace.
An L-shaped plan wrapped around an inner courtyard: the street side is quiet and closed, while the courtyard side is fully glazed.
