A 70 m² modular holiday house on the Latvian coast, made for quality time with family or guests. It has 3 bedrooms, an impressive living room with kitchen, high ceilings and large picture windows that create a sense of light and space.
This house was built for people who look for more than a place to sleep by the sea – they look for an experience. The heart of the home is a bright living room with ceilings about 5 metres high and large windows, inviting everyone to spend time together. Three cosy bedrooms give privacy, and the whole design makes every guest feel welcome and able to enjoy the calm of the coast.

Design a compact holiday house that is comfortable for a family or guests while keeping a sense of space and uniqueness.
